COVID19 SHIPPING NOTICE
Please note that due to COVID-19, our facilities are operating in a reduced capacity. All orders placed will be processed within 7 days of the order being placed.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
All discounted Progen Probe items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5 to 7business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable unless product was defective or damaged during shipping.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
International Shipping Duties & Taxes Responsibility
Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient/buyer of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient/buyer; Pro|Gen Active Care has no control over these charges, nor can Pro|Gen Active Care predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
